Directional Boring Ongoing in Farmington
Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - Several directional boring contractors are working on projects in the Farmington area. Projects include the construction of a fiber optic network for telecommunications upgrades. Among the companies currently working, or planning to do work, are AT&T, Circle Fiber, Aptitude Internet Solutions, and Socket. The contractors, who are working on the projects, are regulated by the Public Service Commission and not the City of Farmington. The Public Service Commission allows work to be completed in easements for the purposes of fiber installation.
