A Maine man has been arrested following an incident that allegedly unfolded on Sunday morning, according to police. WGME 13 is reporting on Monday morning Rockland, Maine police responded to calls of someone being assaulted somewhere in town (the scene location was immediately made available). Callers that reported the crime indicated the victim appeared to be on his hands and knees as he was taking kicks to the face from the alleged assailant.
