Carteret County Democratic Headquarters vandalized, police investigating
MOREHEAD CITY, N.C. (WNCT) — Police are investigating vandalism of the Carteret County Democratic Headquarters building on Arendell Street in Morehead City. Representatives with the office said no one was at the building at the time and city officials said due to the investigation, no further details can be given at this time.

A North Carolina Democratic Party office in Carteret County was vandalized Saturday night.Officials said someone threw rocks and a concrete planter through the window of the office in downtown Morehead City.This comes after the assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump during a campaign rally in Pennsylvania Saturday.
