FRANKLIN, Tenn. -- One person is injured after a balcony collapse in the city of Franklin. The incident occurred at the Heritage Place Apartments, 700 Westminster Drive, at 10 p.m. Friday night. One person standing on the balcony reportedly suffered a traumatic injury in the second-story collapse, according to the Franklin Fire Department.

37-year-old Nelson Joel Rosario, a JSR Group employee, had a domestic altercation with his girlfriend on June 27th. Rosario’s girlfriend alleged that she argued with Rosario about infidelity. During the argument, She stated he pulled out a gun and threatened to kill her and himself, placing her in fear of bodily harm. She added that she went to the bathroom, where he followed her, continuing their verbal dispute. Rosario then banged his head against the wall twice, leaving a hole. Then, She said she tried to shut the door, but Rosario rammed it with his shoulder numerous times. This caused the door to strike her, which left a visible mark on her arm.
