ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — A restaurant chain that serves tacos will soon open its second St. Louis location, in west St. Louis County. Tacos 4 Life, a fast-casual franchised restaurant chain, will open a new restaurant in Ballwin in mid-July, restaurant operators said in a news release.
