Here's when you can see Gojira, the French rock band at the Olympics, in Tacoma
TACOMA, Wash. — The Paris Olympics Opening Ceremony was a vivid, theatrical show featuring the very first heavy metal band to ever play at the Olympics. Band members wore all black, alongside windows of beheaded Marie Antoinettes, with Swiss opera singer Marina Viotti.
This Washington Fire Year Really Isn’t Easy!
Current Situation: The Easy Fire is burning through dense timber, dead trees, and ground vegetation on very steep terrain. The closure status of the highway is being frequently reassessed, so check the WSDOT travel map for updates.

Jerry Dipoto could pull off White Sox trade after Mariners' Randy Arozarena deal
I don't know about your friend group, but the group texts that I am in have all kinds of theories going on as to what else the Mariners are going to do as the deadline approaches, stemming from the Randy Arozarena trade that the team made Thursday night. As the team heads to Chicago for a series against the White Sox, a thought popped into my head.
Mock Mariners-Orioles trade would give Seattle an unexpected solution at first base
We are in the midst of the most frustrating stretch of Mariners baseball we have seen in a while. This team is 100% reliant upon the starting pitching and barring a complete game shutout, they just can't win games. The offense isn't producing at all, and this has caused Dipoto to start to make some drastic moves, rightfully so. Ty France was designated for assignment on Monday and after a couple of injuries to Julio Rodriguez and JP Crawford, the team is now extremely reliant upon quite a few young, unproven hitters.
