Yankees' Gerrit Cole was not happy about Rafael Devers' home run celebration

Death, taxes and Rafael Devers owning Gerrit Cole.

The one-way battle between the New York Yankees ace and the Boston Red Sox star continued to favor the latter on Saturday afternoon.

In the top of the fifth inning, Cole laid a 96 mph fastball right down the middle. Devers wasted no time parking it into the bleachers behind the Yankees bullpen.

Devers had a pretty excessive celebration, which likely came in response to Alex Verdugo's home run celebration earlier in the game.

    Cole was not a fan.

Here was Verdugo's home run, which tied the game at three in the bottom of the third inning.

Against Cole, Devers is now 13-for-39 (.333) with eight home runs and an unbelievable 2.218 OPS.
