Country singer Kane Brown had to briefly pause his concert at Fenway Park in Boston, Massachusetts last Saturday when a small fire broke out near the stage.

The small fire broke out on a scaffolding above the stage where Brown was already well into his set. It isn’t abundantly clear what caused the small fire, but no foul play is suspected. The cause of the fire is currently being investigated.

Despite the fire, Kane Brown and his large audience of fans were in good spirits throughout the night. Brown even took to Instagram to give his followers a heartfelt message.

“I just wanted to let everyone know I’m so happy!!!!” said Brown in his Instagram post, accompanied by photos of the event in Boston. “I have my ups and downs and recently I’m just genuinely happy ❤️ I love everybody for coming out tonight in Boston and showing out! Thank you to my whole team and the awesome artist who are my family.”

Hundreds of fans commented on the positive post, including those who were in attendance at Brown’s Boston show at Fenway Park.

“YOU WERE ON FIREEEEE TONIGHT!!” joked one fan. “Quite literally! lol but i had so much fun.”

Was Anyone Injured By The Kane Brown Concert Fire?

Thankfully, no. The fire was very small and manageable, and the concert was only briefly paused before starting up again. No injuries have been reported. The entire wait was only about 10 minutes. During that time, a number of stage crew members went to work to douse the flames.

“They announced it immediately,” said one concert-goer. “We knew approximately how long we were going to have to wait. And then when Kane Brown came back out, he apologized.”

We love it when a country star keeps it professional, even if their stage catches on fire.

Kane Brown is currently on his In The Air Tour, which will come to a close on September 14 in Arlington, Texas. A number of artists including Tyler Hubbard, Jon Pardi, Chris Young, and more will be supporting Brown’s trek across North America.
