Edmonds police make arrests after repeated shootings along Olympic View Drive
Edmonds police said Wednesday they have arrested two adults and are seeking a third after a three-week spree of incidents along Olympic View Drive. The two male adults — ages 37 and 26 and both from Lynnwood — were arrested June 27 and booked into the Snohomish County Jail for drive-by shooting while detectives continued their investigation into others who may be involved, Edmonds police spokesperson Cmdr. Josh McClure said.
UW and WSU basketball programs agree on 2-year deal for Apple Cup
SEATTLE - Washington and Washington State have agreed on a two-year deal to continue the long-standing tradition of the Apple Cup in men’s basketball. This rivalry, which began in 1910, will mark its 300th matchup on Dec. 18 at Alaska Airlines Arena. The teams will meet again in 2025-2026 at Beasley Coliseum in Pullman, Washington.

Doug Kalitta was the No. 1 qualifier at the Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals.
