UW and WSU basketball programs agree on 2-year deal for Apple Cup
SEATTLE - Washington and Washington State have agreed on a two-year deal to continue the long-standing tradition of the Apple Cup in men’s basketball. This rivalry, which began in 1910, will mark its 300th matchup on Dec. 18 at Alaska Airlines Arena. The teams will meet again in 2025-2026 at Beasley Coliseum in Pullman, Washington.

Campaign to Close Pay Gap Deficit for Women in Washington
A campaign to close the gender pay gap in Washington called Activate 3.8 was launched by the Washington Women's Commission (WSWC) June 28th in Seattle.
