The Colorado Buffaloes will return to familiar territory in 2024, as they will leave the Pac-12 and rejoin the Big 12. The Buffaloes went 4-8 last season, but that was a three-game improvement from the previous season.

Deion Sanders and his team aim to prove many doubters wrong this season. Sanders made significant moves in the transfer portal, resulting in the No. 8 class. However, the Buffaloes faced challenges in high school recruiting, which has been a point of criticism for Sanders. The team finished with the No. 81 recruiting class and signed only 13 players.

Dan Patrick added to the criticism by saying he isn't sure if Sanders can coach or recruit.

"I don't know if Deion can coach," Patrick said. "I don't know if he can recruit."

Paul Finebaum appeared on the show and cautioned Patrick that his remarks would result in severe criticism from the "Deion police." Patrick responded that he would express the same sentiment to Sanders, pointing out that Colorado had only won four games in the previous season.

Patrick mentioned that Colorado's over/under win total this season is 5.5. He believes Sanders and Colorado will improve this year, but he also cautions that the Buffaloes will lose their two best players, Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders, after this season. So, it's either now or never for Sanders.
