House fire in Pleasant Hill claims life of 77-year-old woman, investigation underway
Pleasant Hill, Ill. (KHQA) — A house fire in Pleasant Hill claimed the life of a 77-year-old woman discovered at the scene; the investigation is ongoing. On July 18, at 5:49 a.m., the Pike County Sheriff’s Department received a 911 call reporting a house fire on 150th Avenue in Pleasant Hill Township. The caller said it appears the fire has been burning for a while.
