ALERT: Food Sold At H-E-B In Texas Recalled Due To “Foreign Material”
Mustard Potato Salad from Reser’s Fine Foods sold in Texas via H-E-B has been pulled from store shelves. Here's what is known at the time of writing. As reported by the US Food & Drug Administration, the food was recalled recently. The release was put out on July 9th, 2024. Per the FDA, the food was removed from shelves due to one major issue: something was found in the product that shouldn't be in it.

This prestigious award recognized his exceptional service spanning a 25-year career, both as a soldier and a civilian, culminating in his role as a Supervisory Production Controller {Automotive} with DLA Distribution Red River in Texas. His dedication and cbmmitment to excellence have been instrumental in supporting the agency’s mission. Additionally, she had the privilege of presenting the Larry Davis Jr. Award that they named after him to a deserving individual, celebrating his hard work and dedication to the organization. To commemorate his contributions, they also showed her around his work area where they handle receiving operations and named it after him “Davis Dock”. Larry impacted so many people with his hard work. He always wanted to set an example for others and wanted to move up the ladder to learn more. He never wanted to stay and be content in one spot.
AHS grad wins bronze at DOD Warrior Games
AZLE — Just a few years ago, Azle High School graduate Tiffany Clark worried she might never walk again. Today, she’s found renewed purpose as an athlete. Clark ran again for the first time at the Navy Wounded Warriors’ Intro Adaptive Sports camp in January 2024 and last month, she achieved more physical feats at the Department of Defense Warrior Games. Her problems first began after she suffered a torn ACL twice — once in 2016 and again in 2021 — during Navy physical training. The second injury, which Clark described as significantly worse, was compounded by a blood clot that prolonged her recovery.
FeedLot fun with new coordinator
AZLE — Last month, the city’s food truck park at 225 Church St.— The FeedLot — began operating under new management after the hiring of special events coordinator Amanda Scott. Previously, city community and marketing specialist Kristin Pegues managed the day-to-day operations of the park along with her other duties. Pegues was elated to hand over the reins. The city is also excited to introduce more activities and events for visitors to enjoy with Scott now solely dedicated to organizing and promoting the food truck and farmers market venue.
