CHARLEVOIX COUNTY - This is the 94th year of the Charlevoix Venetian Festival. It first started with as a festival to celebrate the sailing regatta with Japanese lanterns lights. The Human Library Comes to Petoskey
Have a conversation with a human book! The Petoskey District Library is the first in northern Michigan to partner with the Human Library© organization in Denmark and will host events where readers can have conversations with human beings serving as open books. People who have faced some sort of stigma volunteer to be a “book” for the day and help others learn about their experience. Crooked Tree, city looking for muralists for new project
PETOSKEY — The bare walls and ceiling of the pedestrian tunnel that connects Bayfront Park to downtown Petoskey will be a lot more colorful this fall after a new mural is installed.
