Tractor Supply store plans Nov. 2025 opening date in Lower Burrell
The gears for a Tractor Supply store in Lower Burrell are in motion. Annalee Rivers, a spokeswoman for Tractor Supply, said the company plans to open a store there in November 2025. City Manager Greg Primm identified the location as 108 Greensburg Road. It is a vacant, wooded lot next to a Family Dollar store in the Kinloch section of the city.

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Pennsylvania's 159 Democratic delegates already pledged their support to Vice President Kamala Harris. It was the latest move by Democrats to consolidate behind Harris for the party's nomination after President Joe Biden announced he was bowing out of the race. Downtown Pittsburgh restaurant ordered to close in recent health department report
Caravan on Smithfield Street in Downtown Pittsburgh was ordered to close after a recent inspection. A report from the Allegheny County Health Department on July 17 cites multiple violations found in the restaurant. This is the second time this year that Caravan has been ordered to close. When Led Zeppelin came to Pittsburgh in 1970, fans went so wild that police rushed into the crowd. Three years and a huge increase in fame later, the band was back in town, playing to a crowd of 40,000 at Three Rivers Stadium on July 24, 1973.
