Boy, do I identify with this one. There's a new study that claims that one out of every three people in Illinois are 'always tired'. I need a nap. How about you?. This is an interesting new study from Talker which sampled a huge amount of people to learn about their energy level (or lack thereof). The big picture takeaway from their questions is that one out of every 3 people say they often or always feel tired even after a good night's sleep. Something is very wrong here.

On Tuesday, July 9th, “Taps on Tuesday” was sounded at 6:00 p.m. in a light rain, but the program on “Illinois Troops at the Battle of Gettysburg” was postponed until this week’s “Taps” Program. This week’s program hosts and speakers are Greg Green, Larry Weatherford, and Tara Auter. Rebecca Woodrum will perform the National Anthem, and “Taps” will be presented by Ruth Sowers. “Taps on Tuesday” is held each week between Memorial Day and the day after Labor Day at the Soldiers Circle at Spring Hill Cemetery in Danville. Shooting at Amazon fulfillment center in Matteson leaves woman injured
CHICAGO (CBS) — A shooting was reported at an Amazon fulfillment center in south suburban Matteson, Illinois on Sunday night. Around 9:30 p.m., police responded to reports of shots fired at the center, on Vollmer Road, and found a woman who suffered a graze wound to her head. The victim, a 33-year-old woman, was taken to Christ Hospital for a non-life-threatening injury. According to preliminary reports, the shooting took place in retaliation for an "unreported fight" between employees that took place in the parking lot. Police said this is believed to be an isolated incident and there is no threat to the public. Police are investigating.
