IndyStar: Women Accuse Top Hogsett Aide Of Preying On Subordinates For Years
Locally, the biggest story. Holy moly, I read it. Ohh my gosh. This story about Thomas Carl Cook, the longtime deputy mayor of Joe Hogsett and the guy who has been in charge, who we for years on this show, I’ve been describing as a creepy guy, an odd guy. He won’t respond. He’ll retweet, but he won’t respond. He won’t come on the show, won’t put people on the show. We can’t get Hogsett on the show. That was the time where I started saying it’s not that Joe Hogsett’s afraid to come on. His staff won’t let him. He is surrounded by children. You heard me say this repeatedly. When the IndyStar wants to do local reporting. They do it. (below)

Big Lots Shutting Down Stores Amid Financial Uncertainty
Big Lots is planning to shutter around 40 stores as the company opens up about their ability to continue. I've been shopping at Big Lots for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I could spend hours in the toy aisle, and even as a teenager, I spent quite a bit of time thumbing through the DVD and Blu-ray selections. My wife and I still shop at Big Lots on a regular basis today. It's safe to say that it's one of my all-time favorite stores. Need groceries? Done. Kitchenware? Easy. How about some furniture? They've got all kinds of options out on the floor.
