Early registration ends on Thursday, July 4, so now is the time for parents to sign up their young athletes. The registration fee for football will increase to $65 after July 4, so early registration is encouraged to take advantage of the current rate. The cheerleading registration fee will remain at $125, and participants will get to keep their uniforms and pom-poms. Epke Selected to 2024 US U20 Women’s National Team
SPARKS, Md. – James Madison lacrosse attacker Maddie Epke has been selected to the 2024 US U20 Women's National Team, as announced by USA Lacrosse on Tuesday. Epke and the team will travel to Hong Kong, China to compete in the 2024 Women's U20 Championship from August 15 to August 25. The Indian American Package Store Association of Connecticut (IAPSACT) set the date for its third annual cricket tournament and fun fair for members and trade guests. The event, free for package store owners, operators and employees, will be hosted at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Club in East Hartford on Aug. 11 beginning at 9 a.m. IAPSACT was created by a group of Connecticut package store retailers with the goal of providing “a united voice,” networking, social engagement, advocacy and resource sharing for package store owners of Indian descent, who make up an estimated 60% of the 1,200 permittees in the state.
