In a press release, the Eagle River Police Department explains a woman was traveling north on Railroad St when she drove through 2 stop signs without stopping. She drove through the wooden fence at the end of Railroad St and down the embankment into the river. She was able to escape the vehicle and go to a nearby home for medical assistance.
