CALEXICO — The Imperial Valley Arts and Health campaign has emerged as a significant initiative for promoting well-being and recovery within the local community through art. A successful art exhibit was held Friday, June 28, at Carmen Durazo Cultural Arts Center. Supported by the California Arts Council and the Conrad Prebys Foundation, the event drew 98 attendees to its opening, who were pleasantly surprised by the exhibit's impact and the quality of the displayed artwork.
