Police say a New York City man will spend ten years in prison for selling drugs in Orange County. Tarrell Hicks was sentenced for running a drug ring in Middletown. Undercover investigators say they bought cocaine from Hicks and his brother in the fall. Hicks pled guilty after officers found more drugs on him. He will also serve five years’ probation. A Newburgh man is now facing felony charges after being caught with a loaded ghost gun, drugs and outstanding warrants. Police arrested Ziquan Jenkins-- around Third Street and City Terrace Thursday. Jenkins faces weapons and narcotics charges. Briarcliff Manor police are telling residents to keep a close eye on their cars after a recent uptick in thefts. They say people should follow this checklist: Lock your car, bring in your keys and valuables, close the garage, lock your house and leave a light on outside. "
