A Hamptons catering and event-planning firm is cooking up something new this summer: brunch.

Each Saturday and Sunday throughout the summer, The Art of Eating in Bridgehampton is serving up brunch at its food truck, which will be parked outside its location at 264 Butter Lane.

The company specializes in a range of events, from small dinner parties to fundraising galas. Its ingredients focus includes “flavors from all over the world,” as well as local bounty from farmers on the East End.

With the “Brunch on Butter” pop-up, the company has a new way to build buzz, market its expertise, and show the community another side of its offerings, said John Kowalenko, a principal of The Art of Eating.

“Yes, the pop-up is a great way to offer a variation from our more elaborate wedding and catering menus,” he told LIBN.

“It is letting the East End see that they can have a more casual event at their home by bringing our food truck to their event of home,” he added. “It’s a more casual, fun way to enjoy a party at their home or event without the logistics and planning of a more fully catered event.”

The food truck pop-up will be available on summer weekends from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Items include breakfast burrito; avocado toast with an option to add a fried egg; Mayan bowl; quesadilla; summer rolls, black pepper tofu; Caesar salad and more. The drink menu features iced coffee, Mexican hot chocolate and water.
