U.S. 40 westbound is closed at the Blaine Hill Bridge, one eastbound lane open
BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio — Effective immediately, U.S. 40 westbound is closed at the Blaine Hill Bridge located west of Bridgeport between Cr 10 and CR 214. The closure was made “out of an abundance of caution” by ODOT and will remain in effect until further notice. One lane will be maintained for eastbound traffic.
Wheeling Football’s Week Eight Matchup with Frostburg State shifted to Thursday night
Wheeling, W. Va. - Throughout the season, some of the top football matchups across the MEC get shifted to Thursday night primetime matchups. The Wheeling University Football team already has one Thursday night matchup to open the season, but one of their conference meetings is getting the shift to Thursday night. The team's week eight matchup has been moved to Thursday, October 24th, with kick-off at 7 PM.

Right now, the store is located in the 5500 block of Walnut Street but soon they'll be taking over the former site of the Gap just down the street in the 5400 block.
