On the July 11th agenda (view) for the Whitemarsh Township Board of Supervisors is a proposal from Delaware Valley Wildlife Management to perform a controlled “deer cull” on township open space along Manor Road in the Miquon neighborhood. The organization would provide screened hunters to conduct the cull to control the local population of deer. The proposal is found on page 103 of the agenda.
The Phillies Outfield Trade Options, According To MLB Insiders
According to multiple MLB insiders, the Philadelphia Phillies have many trade options to help their outfield. It has been made clear that trading for an outfielder is a top priority for the Phillies. Recently Tim Kelly, of Bleacher Report named the Phillies as a team that will be active during the July 30 trade deadline. In that article, he mentioned a few players the Phillies might be considering trading for. Some of those names have been previously discussed so the new names will be the ones evaluated further. It is worth noting the Phillies were in a similar position last year and did not trade for an outfield bat.

White Dog Cafe's four suburban restaurants will be hosting the seventh annual Dining Out for the Dogs fundraiser on Tuesday, July 16, starting at 5 p.m. The event, hosted with WMMR's Preston and Steve, will feature puppies, prizes and yummy treats at White Dog Cafe locations in Exton, Wayne, Haverford and Glen Mills. Dining Out for the Dogs benefits Alpha Bravo Canine, a Philadelphia nonprofit that donates service dogs to U.S. veterans suffering from medical and psychological problems resulting from their active combat duty.
