Every food truck you'll find at the Anoka Food Truck Festival

Another belt-tightening food truck festival is on its way.

The 7th annual Anoka Food Truck Festival — the third in a series of three events put together by the Minnesota Food Truck Festival — brings a parade of mobile kitchens together for one of the state's biggest lineups.

The one-day affair on Aug. 17 features 50 food trucks , as well as other vendors, beer and cocktails, a mechanical bull, and live music.

It all happens from 11 a.m.–9 p.m. in downtown Anoka. Here are all the food trucks that have been announced for the fest.
