There's another new food item hitting the Minnesota State Fair from MomoDosa

The official list of the 33 new foods at the Minnesota State Fair dropped weeks ago, but there's another that can unofficially be added to your "new foods to try" list.

While it's not an "official" Minnesota State Fair new food, MomoDosa will serve Momo-on-a-Stick at the fair's International Bazaar from Aug. 22–27.

The dish offers six gluten-free Nepali/Tibetan dumplings on a stick, filled with chicken, cabbage, onion, ginger, and spices. The dumplings are steamed and deep-fried before being served with tomato chutney on the side.

MomoDosa debuted at the fair last year with its Chicken Momo, last year's Official State Fair New Food.

This year, as part of the Taste of the Global Market booth from the Midtown Global Market , it'll bring back that Chicken Momo, along with Masala Dosa and its Mango Lassi smoothie made with powdered cardamom cloves.
