Where your favorite Twin Cities food trucks will be the week of Aug. 26

    By Dustin Nelson,

Don't expect fewer food trucks in the streets this week just because the Minnesota State Fair is underway and some familiar trucks (Paella Depot, Tot Boss) are taking up residence at the fairgrounds.

There are just as many mobile kitchens, lunch stops, and food truck gatherings as ever. Here's where you can track down more than a hundred food trucks around the Twin Cities and beyond this week.
