Motorcyclist, 81, killed after crashing in Fillmore County

An 81-year-old Rochester man was killed when he crashed on his motorcycle in Fillmore County Saturday.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the motorcyclist was traveling east on Highway 30 in Arendahl Township at around 10:40 a.m.

At mile marker 258.5, the motorcyclist left the road to the right and entered the ditch.

The motorcyclist, identified as 81-year-old Noel Alan Luedtke of Rochester, died from his injuries. He was not wearing a helmet at the time, according to the state patrol.
