Manufacturer plans new facility in Pewaukee
Uzelac Industries Inc., an industrial equipment supplier based in Greendale, shared plans for a nearly 40,000-square-foot industrial building in Pewaukee. Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. submitted plans for a 39,103-square-foot precast concrete building at the northwest corner of Lindsay Road and Wilhar Road, according to a city plan commission agenda.
