Howard Van Locke II passed peacefully into the arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Sunday, July 21, 2024, after a short but fierce battle with brain cancer. Born April 7, 1943, in Huntingdon, he was the son of the late Radford C. and Eleanor (Huston) Locke.
