When it comes to 'harmless pranks', it seems like they're really a thing of the past. Especially when it comes to pranks that teens now-a-days are pulling off. When I think back about my own childhood, I certainly remember pulling my share of pranks, though I don't distinctly remember ever playing ding-dong-ditch.
CFAAM to showcase art in Southwest Harbor
SOUTHWEST HARBOR — The Coastal Fine Arts Alliance of Maine (CFAAM) will be presenting a juried art show at the Gallery on the Pemetic Green in Southwest Harbor from July 27-28 and Aug 3-4. This show will be returning for its 25th year and will be host to many storied artists from coastal Maine. CFAAM is a non-profit organization “dedicated to creating exhibit and sales opportunities for our participating artists,” according to the organization’s website. The group was founded in 1999 and coordinates three juried festivals held on Mount Desert Island each year.
