Julia! What a show at Brady’s!
The July 17 benefit show for the Ed and Candie Crocker family featuring “American Idol” top 7 performer Julia Gagnon was a success beyond belief. Folks attending were treated to her unbelievable singing and original songs created by both Julia and her fiancé Nate. The Crockers lost their Edgecomb home to a fire on June 3.
Trail walk at Pineland Farms Wednesday July 24
Nine of us walked the Shaker Bog trail. We found the heat bearable under the tree canopy and with the slight breeze from the bog. The trail has multiple trees across the path but it was maneuverable for all of us. It’s a quiet location where we saw two loons.
Danny Caputo Commits to Southern Maine
An '03 from Lanoka Harbor, NJ, Caputo played in 68 Eastern Hockey League (EHL) games over the course of two seasons. In the 2022-23 season, he began with the New Jersey 87's, recording a goal and two assists in 14 games. He then moved to the Connecticut Chiefs, where he recorded a goal and six assists in 17 games. This past year, he captained the Boston Jr. Terriers, playing 37 games and recording three goals and nine assists to his credit.
