Troy Junior Dixie Boys headed to the world series
Getting your Trinity Audio player ready... The Troy Junior Dixie Boys won the Dixie Boys State Tournament on Sunday beating Opelika 6 to 4. The tournament was held in Greenville over the weekend. Prior to winning in Sunday’s championship game, Troy beat Fairhope 13-3 on Friday and Opelika 14-4 on Saturday. Troy will now head to the world series on July 26 which is held in Bufford, SC.
