Brundidge Council submits CDBG application

Prior to the Brundidge City Council’s regular meeting on Tuesday night, a public hearing was held to discuss the city’s submission for an application for the Program Year 2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).

In regular session, the council considered a resolution approving Poly, Inc. for engineering pending the receipt of PY 2024 CDBG funds and ADECA (Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs), which is committed to positively impacting Alabama communities through the agency’s grant program.

The council also reviewed the city’s FY2024 May financials.

The Brundidge City Council meets at 6 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month at Brundidge City Hall. The meetings are open to the public.
