Davison Named 2nd Team L.E.L. as Freshman
A lot was asked of B.H.S. freshman (now sophomore) standout Emma Davison this season, and she DELIVERED for Coach Browning and the Lady Bearcats! Emma stepped into the huge responsibility of leadership for the team from her catcher position where she made plenty of timely throws and was extremely reliable behind the plate. She was also second on the team with a BA of .400. Add her 3.5 G.P.A. to that, and you have a great example of a student-athlete. Davison receiving second team All-Lake Erie League honors as a freshman will certainly put the Lady Bearcats in position to challenge for the league and BEYOND in 2025. #riseofthebearcats (Picture Credit to Matt Allen)

Bridgeforth Named to Lake Erie League 2nd Team
Danny Bridgeforth was another one of Coach Incarnato’s Bearcats to receive post-season league honors. The junior (now senior) was name to the L.E.L.’s 2nd team for his efforts this year. His batted .296 while leading the team in doubles (4), and he was also second on the team in RBI’s (7). He also spent some time on the mound pitching this season where he managed to strike out 15 batters. As if that wasn’t enough, he maintained a fielding percentage of .955 while only committing 1 error all season. Impressive stats for guy who also plays quarterback for the football team in the fall and swims/dives during the winter. Bridgeforth is another reason why the Bearcats are poised for big things in 2025. #riseofthebearcats (Photo credit to Matt Allen)
