    High wheelers, casual cyclists relax and bond on ride to Harpers Ferry

    The atmosphere near the MARC station in Brunswick on Sunday morning was distinctly different from that in downtown Frederick on Saturday, when the 10th National Clustered Spires High Wheel Race took place.

    During the highly anticipated national race, dozens of high wheel racers sped down the streets while spectators avidly watched and cheered loudly.
