    Williams common pleas

    Alexander Kendall, 48, Bryan, pleaded guilty to aggravated trafficking in drugs (methamphetamine) and aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine), each a first-degree felony. He was given a prison term of five to 7 1/2 years with credit for 63 days served in jail while his case was pending.

    Eddie Bauer-Thacker, 24, Bryan, pleaded guilty to two counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, each a fourth-degree felony. He was placed on community control for four years, fined $1,000, given a suspended 180-day jail sentence and ordered to provide 100 hours of community service work. An indictment for rape, a first-degree felony was dismissed.

    Samantha Smith, was found guilty of felonious assault, a second-degree felony, following a jury trial and not guilty of intimidation and retaliation, each a third-degree felony. Her bond was continued and sentencing was scheduled for May 30. Smith was found guilty of using a vehicle to attempt to run over her ex-boyfriend outside his residence on May 17.

    Elijah Ferguson, 29, Stryker, pleaded not guilty to burglary, a second-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for June 16 and his bond was continued.

    Kage Seals, 26, Liberty Center, pleaded not guilty to illegal conveyance of a drug of abuse onto the grounds of a detention facility, a third-degree felony; and possession of drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for May 29 and his bond was continued.
