New sculpture graces Arkansas Tech's campus
RUSSELLVILLE (KATV) — A new 17-foot-long oak log sculpture has been installed on the south side of Witherspoon Hall at Arkansas Tech University (ATU). Julie Benda was the artist of the sculpture. She is a 2024 Windgate Foundation artist in residence at ATU. Benda is also a writer, illustrator, and visual art artist with practice in print, sculpture, and public art.
