Permits Issued for 934-36 West Dauphin Street in North Philadelphia East
Permits have been issued for the construction of a multi-family development at 934-36 West Dauphin Street, parcel B in North Philadelphia East. The new building will rise three stories tall and contain three residential units. A pilot house at the top of the structure will provide access to a roof deck.
