Buffalo, N.Y. (WGR Sports Radio 550) - It's something Jeremy White and Bulldog have done in the past, and I wanted to get in on the action as well.

I recently posted on X (still Twitter to me) asking for questions from you, the loyal listeners, about anything that might have been on your mind, whether it was sports related or not.

I got a number of quality questions my way, so I did my best to answer some of the best ones in my mail bag:

This is an easy one for me. I would definitely change "Wide Right".

No matter what happened after that, even if the drought still occurred, the Bills would have a Super Bowl title to their credit. That team should have won, at least, one championship with all of the talent that was on the roster and the cutting edge offense they used.

If we change "No Goal", the Sabres still have to win Game 7 in Dallas to win their first Stanley Cup.

I've always wondered what this city would do if the Bills won a Super Bowl. We would have experienced it if Scott Norwood's kick was good.

The celebrations around Western New York, the parade/rally for the team would have created memories that would have lasted a lifetime.

I hope you don't mind my answer, because it has nothing to do with a game or sports moment.

For me, my most memorable moment since I left the show was the night I got the call telling me I was going into the Buffalo Broadcasters Hall of Fame.

It is such an unbelievable honor, and I'm joining a group of sportscasters in the Hall of Fame that I looked up to. I worked with so many great people over my 34-year career here in Western New York, and I believe this is also a reflection on them and the tremendous work they did, which contributed to any personal success I was able to achieve.

I made sure I took some time to think about this one, because my gut reaction/answer seems like a no-brainer. I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing a more appropriate choice.

After a few minutes, I came right back to where I started, the Brady/Belichick New England Patriots.

Neither guy was likeable. Everyone was sick and tired of Boston teams winning so many championships. They cheated, at times.

The icing on the cake was their complete domination of the Bills. Tom Brady was 32-3 against the Bills as starting quarterback of the Patriots.

I know the Bills went through the entire decade of the 1970s without beating the Miami Dolphins, but this had to be worse. It was a miserable 20 years.

I've always been fascinated by giraffes. I just wouldn't be able to play with him or her inside the house.

I'm not planning on going to Bills camp. If I did, it wouldn't be too different, because I used to sit up in the stands during practices anyway.

Although this time, I wouldn't need my legal pad since I wouldn't need to take notes. I feel like being at camp would make me feel like I'm back at work, and I like my new post-sports talk life very much.

The Mets' season is going nowhere, not surprisingly.

It doesn't take much to mathematically hang around the Wild Card race for most of the season, but this team has too many flaws. For one, their pitching isn't good enough.

I love Alonso, as any Mets fan would, but if they think they won't be re-signing him, then they should absolutely trade him for the best offer they get.

Who knows? Maybe they trade him to a team that is a contender, and then Alonso decides to sign back with the Mets in free agency this winter.

Dalton Kincaid leading the Bills in catches looks like a pretty safe bet right now.

After all the offseason moves, Kincaid is the leading returning receiver with 73 catches last season. Next up is James Cook, who had 45, and he won't lead the team in catches.

Khalil Shakir is the only wide receiver who caught a pass from Josh Allen in the regular season or playoffs last season. I was really impressed with how he closed the season, but to project him to go all the way up to the top of the list seems like a stretch to me.

I think Shakir, Keon Coleman and Curtis Samuel are locks to make the team. There should be, at least, two other receivers, and possibly three on that initial 53-man roster. I think Marquez Valdes-Scantling makes the roster, and then its a battle with the likes of Mack Hollins, Chase Claypool and Justin Shorter, among others.

If Claypool shows the form from early in his Pittsburgh Steelers career, then he earns a spot.

That is a really hard question for me to answer. It's like asking a parent which of their children is their favorite.

They are both outstanding quarterbacks who were/are more than capable of being the face of their franchise. Kelly was a Super Bowl quarterback and should have, at least, one championship to his credit. I do believe Allen is good enough to lead the Bills to a Super Bowl, at some point.

If Allen had the team Kelly had around him in the early 1990s, he would have already been in the big game.

They are both tremendous passers, both have the ability to rise to the occasion as the games get bigger. Both have a cockiness and swagger that you need in a franchise quarterback. Both have no problem laying their body on the line if it gives the team a better chance to win, and both are fantastic leaders.

More importantly, though, both took a Bills franchise out of dark times and elevated them to Super Bowl contender status.

I will give the slight edge to Kelly, though. He did lead the team to four-straight Super Bowl berths.

The Falls are moving. I did not know that until I started doing tours.

Niagara Falls has moved back about seven miles over 12,500 years due to erosion and rock slides. The Falls are a rock structure, and the power of the water and thawing over time is gradually eroding that rock.

In about 35,000 years, Niagara Falls will have eroded so much that it would have moved 20 miles down to Lake Erie, and will eventually cease to exist.

I assume you meant top-5 radio or TV moments that I was involved in, so here you go:

5.) I was doing play-by-play of Niagara University basketball, at the time, and in the 1992-93 season, the Purple Eagles made it to the MAAC Championship game for the first time. That was a cool experience, even though they ended up losing. I did get to call an NIT game for Niagara right after that.

4.) The very first FAN TV show on the Empire Sports Network in 1996. It was so exciting to be part of a brand new venture, and it was my first crack at full-time television work.

3.) The Sabres winning Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final in Dallas. I was absolutely convinced they were going to win the Cup after that.

2.) The sale of the Bills to the Pegulas. After all those years worrying about what would happen to the Bills when Ralph Wilson was gone, we could finally relax knowing they wouldn't be leaving. Fans called our show in tears, overjoyed with the news their favorite team was staying in Western New York.

1.) The end of the Bills 'drought. The only thing that would have topped that would have been the Bills or Sabres winning a championship. 17 years. It was unbelievable that an NFL team could go that long without making the playoffs. Then the way they got in with the Cincinnati Bengals pulling out a win in Baltimore over the Ravens made for such a great story. Our show the day after the game was a four-hour community party.

Thanks for all of the questions. Sorry I couldn't get to all of them.

I hope all of you are doing well.
