Curtis Samuel Veteran Presence Good For Fantasy Value?

    By tcoleman1822,

The Buffalo Bills signed Curtis Samuel to a three-year, 22 million dollar contract after he exited Washington during this off-season. Samuel reunites with the Joe Brady-style offense, an offense in which he flourished with 1,051 total yards from scrimmage and five touchdowns, finishing as WR27 in fantasy points per game.

With the WR carousel happening in Buffalo, the Bills have Samuel listed as their WR3. With one of the top quarterbacks in the league, Josh Allen, who loves to pass the ball around the field, Samuel will produce even as a prime sleeper candidate. Samuel immediately comes in and offers the most veteran presence in the receiving core. He is familiar with Joe Brady, who recently gushed about him to Sports Illustrated.

Samuel’s current ADP is 10.10 and WR49. Consider Samuel a worthwhile mid-round target.

Our consensus projections for Samuel in the 2024 season would be: 69 receptions,  765 yards, 5 touchdowns through the air and 9 carries for 56 yards and 1 rushing touchdown.
