NFL Fans Are Begging Buffalo Bills to Make a Major Change

If the Buffalo Bills want to make their die-hard fans happy, they know what they need to do.

The online response to the team's August 3 social media post suggests fans are clamoring to see the return of a blue jersey-red helmet throwback uniform combination.

The red helmet was most recently part of Buffalo's official uniforms during the 2010 season. The current blue jerseys with the red helmets haven't been around since 2001.

The outpouring of responses came following the team's annual "The Return of the Blue & Red" preseason night practice at New Era Field when the Bills' official X account asked which Josh Allen alternate-colored helmet was best: Red, blue or matte black.

"JUST BRING BACK THE RED YOU SICKOS," one fan wrote on X.

"We are literally begging @BuffaloBills ," a commenter wrote .

Another pleaded , "C’mon, man! Just one game!!"

"Please I'm desperate I NEED IT," someone else exclaimed .

The Bills most recently rolled out new city-inspired alternates in 2022 and were one of 11 NFL teams to switch to the Nike F.U.S.E template uniform in 2023 .
