A Philadelphia-based law firm found three Connecticut cities are among the deadliest for drunk driving accidents, including one in the list’s top five. According to the firm — Van der Veen, Hartshorn, Levin & Lindheim — Hartford has the fifth-highest rate of fatal drunk driving accidents of all U.S. cities. Waterbury was ranked 13 on the list and New Haven was 60. The three Connecticut cities are among the only five on the list north of the Carolinas and east of Ohio.
