Former N.J. Playboy Club slated to become new resort, concert venue
The long-empty former Playboy Club in Sussex County has been sold and is slated to become a new resort, spa and concert venue, according to its new owner. An affiliate of Lockwood, a New York City-based real estate investment and development company, acquired the Vernon property earlier this month, according to company president Charles Everhardt.
