SANFORD, Maine — Tracy Gibson has been named the new school principal of Sanford High School. "Tracy's educational background combined with her practical experiences are a great fit for Sanford High School," said Superintendent Matt Nelson. "We are excited for Tracy to bring her passion for education, leadership skills, and commitment to student success back to Sanford."

School facilities bond project presentations July 17 in Gray and July 22 in NG
The MSAD 15 school board is hosting two community meetings this month to share updates about facilities improvement bond projects currently in development. The bond project focuses on four areas: an air quality project; cafeteria/kitchen, stage, and performing arts renovations at the High School; and improvements to athletic fields and to the gym.
Raymond student earns Mainely Character Scholarship
Kylie Thibodeau of Raymond, a 2024 graduate of Gray-New Gloucester High School, has been awarded a Mainely Character Scholarship for $5,000. These scholarships are presented annually to Maine high school seniors who demonstrate exemplary concern for others, responsibility, integrity, and courage. Thibodeau was selected from 350 scholarship applicants statewide and her scholarship is sponsored by the Biddeford and Mechanic Savings Charitable Foundation.
