The City of Florissant is upholding it’s tradition to celebrate Independence Day. The celebration will be held on the grounds of the James J. Eagan Civic Center which is located at the intersection of Parker Road and Waterford Drive. The celebration will begin at 7:15 pm with an outdoor concert performance.
