Kidnapping Suspect Quinntel Bagley Captured in Lima, Ohio After Extensive Manhunt
After a relentless two-month search, U.S. Marshals apprehended 38-year-old Quinntel Bagley in Lima, Ohio, on charges of kidnapping and a slew of other felonies, as reported by WBNS. Bagley, who had reportedly kidnapped the same Grove City woman twice over the summer, was found hiding in a residence on the 400 block of Cornell Drive by multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Ohio State Highway Patrol and the FBI.
Exhibit at Allen County Museum highlights decorative arts of the domestic environment
LIMA, OH (WLIO) - Domesticity is defined as the quality or state of being domestic or domesticated along with domestic activities of life. The Allen County Museum is hosting a new exhibit titled "The Art of Domesticity," highlighting the activities that a 19th- or 20th-century woman would do in the home. Things like knitting, porcelain painting, weaving, and more. Many of those can now be seen as fine arts. The show is a combination of current museum artifacts and the artwork of five contemporary female artists that show how decorative arts were intertwined in a woman's life at home.
Students from 35 states and 26 countries make their way to Lima to learn at UNOH
LIMA, OH (WLIO) - The students, from 35 different states and 26 countries, will be making Lima their home during their college career as they move on to the UNOH campus. Over 500 students in the College of Applied Technologies and University of Northwestern Ohio athletes have been moving into their student housing for the past couple of days. Another 200 students from the Colleges of Business, health, and occupational professions will be moving on campus in September. For some, this is the first time that they will be living away from home, so the university will be holding various activities, so they get to know one another.
