7/16: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Kirk Isaac Mcpherson , 45, 2208 Ory Road — two counts simple burglary; probation detainer. Bond: $8,500.

Chad Alan Fontenot , 40, 6932 Willis Morrow Road, Sulphur — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator, second offense. Bond: $80,000.

Jace Ryan Chesson , 19, 2200 Tammy Drive, Sulphur — illegal possession of stolen firearms, first offense; possession of firearm or carrying concealed by a person convicted of certain felonies. Bond: $50,000.

David Lynn Smith , 35, 3807 Auburn St. Apt. A — direct contempt of court; flashing signals-red light; aggravated flight from an officer; drug possession; possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles; operating vehicle while license is suspended; probation detainer.

Victor Michael Huerta , 32, Orange, Texas — operating while intoxicated, third offense; careless operation.

David Lee Pitre , 35, 7454 Debbie Lane — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator; probation detainer. Bond: $40,000.
