Driver found dead after truck explosion causes road closures, evacuations in Clifton
A driver has been found dead after a large truck exploded and caught fire, which prompted road closures and traffic delays in Clifton on Monday morning.It happened on Route 3 near East Valley Road around 9 a.m. but the large mess left behind will likely take a while to be cleaned up.Route 3 was closed in both directions following the crash, but the westbound lanes reopened Monday evening. EAST HANOVER — Another infant has died after being left in a car in New Jersey. Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll said East Hanover Police were called after a 6- month-old girl was noticed inside a vehicle parked in a parking lot on South Ridgedale Avenue at Route 10 in East Hanover around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 17. She was pronounced dead at a hospital.
