Drowning adds to summer tragedies at NJ pools, lakes and oceans
ELK TOWNSHIP — The body of a 19-year-old was found in a lake less than a half hour after he was reported missing Saturday afternoon. Elk Township police said the man went missing at the Lake Garrison recreation area on Buck Road in the Monroeville section just after 2 p.m.

Police Probe Sunset Park Stabbing Incident That Left One Man Injured
Police in Brooklyn are looking for a shirtless suspect who allegedly stabbed a man during an argument last week. Law enforcement sources said the assault unfolded on July 18 at around 8:30 p.m. on a sidewalk in front of 864 42nd St. in Sunset Park.The NYPD said a 47-year-old man was standing at the location when the male suspect approached him and an argument ensued.
